EXTENSION OF MINAB CONSULTATION DEADLINE

 In response to many requests from prospective stakeholders, the MINAB Steering Group has decided to extend the consultation period so as to expire on 31 March 2008. The consultation period was originally scheduled to end on 15 January. The Steering Group appreciates the widespread interest evoked by MINAB. The willingness of a large number of organisations to contribute to the consultative process is recognised.  In order to give adequate opportunities to prospective shareholders to fully engage in the consultative process, the Steering Group is putting final touches to the programme of consultative meetings to be held in different parts of the country on the draft constitution and standards. The programme for these meetings will be announced shortly.

 In the meantime, feedback on the draft constitution and the draft standards should be sent to minab.feedback@hotmail.co.uk  so as to reach before 31 March 2008.
